Flight Training & Aviation Services
All flight training, scenic flights, discovery flights, and Pilot for a Day experiences are conducted at the sole discretion of Wausau Flying Service and its certified instructors. Participation is subject to weather conditions, aircraft availability, and instructor approval. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any flight for safety reasons at any time.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Scheduled arrivals, flight lessons, and experiences are subject to availability. Cancellation policies for paid services will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, maintenance, or other operational considerations.
Assumption of Risk
Aviation activities involve inherent risks. By participating in any flight or training activity with Wausau Flying Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You may be required to sign a waiver or release of liability prior to participation. You agree to follow all instructions provided by our instructors and staff.
